UnPlug + Connect with Mindset, Breath, Stretching, Strengthening, Calm and Tuning IN. Learn tools to help soften anxiety, judgement, constriction while expanding Heart.
*This is not a teen drop-off class, this is an adult Yoga class with the option to bring your teen/tween with you. (You are also welcome to come solo! Kids are not required)

Are you looking to add a consistent Yoga Practice to your self-care regimen? You are invited to an at-home series that will enlighten your senses: on the mat and off!
Our sessions will begin with a brief share about Yoga philosophy and how to live these ancient Practices in our daily lives, followed by time for journaling, a 40-minute Yoga Flow suitable for “all levels” - and closing with a soothing Mantra serenade.
